At CHAMULA, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and artisanal labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
