All CHAMULA products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in Mexico, preserving traditional weaving and leather-working techniques passed down through generations.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 10-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How should I care for my leather huaraches?
To maintain the quality of your huaraches, avoid prolonged exposure to water. If they get wet, let them air dry naturally. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner once a season to keep the leather supple.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Our leather footwear is designed to stretch and mold to your feet over time. We generally recommend sizing down if you are between sizes for a snug, comfortable fit after the break-in period.
